If Ford thought that the Base/Tech packs could handle heat issues at the track, then what is the point of offering the Track Pack...other than a shock and spoiler upgrade? It seems to me that Ford has a different idea of what the intended use is for each package?
Again with the not understanding the issue.
1. Non-track pack expectation was a typical 20 session on the track a couple times a year.
2. Track pack expectation was longer than 30 mins on the track with a greater skilled driver up to every weekend in a year.
What we are getting is a big middle finger and a "you should have known better" from the track pack guys who didn't fall into 1.
I'm sorry, but before the heating issue came to light, most "experts" on this forum were saying for the occasional track session the coolers weren't needed.
Also, I don't see we're the Track Package says "required for track sessions longer than 15 mins"
