I love my M1, but one of the most head scratching features has to be My Mode.
Outside of exhaust, my 2023 doesn't allow for custom settings in any drive mode but normal. Meaning, you can't adjust the steering or suspension independently in Sport or Track, and save it as "My Mode". Which makes the feature pretty darn useless.
After scouring the internet it seems this is unique to manual M1s and GT pp2s only. Why on earth would Ford do this, and why would a manual transmission effect "My Mode" customization?
I'd love to be able to drive in sport mode and switch the suspension and steering to normal.
Has anyone talked to a Ford rep about this or found a work around? I'd think a simple software update would solve the issue.
