I am in my Lemon as of yesterday. Ford will call me today, or at least have told me they will. I am looking forward to speaking to them and clearing up my/their issue. Glad to see that your car came in. I hope to be ordering a replacement soon, too. This should be my last conversation with Ford. If it is not resolved, I am giving the dealer one more shot to make it right, then BBB if that falls through. I will absolutely win my case if it has to go that route. I just hope Ford mans up and takes responsibility. More to come, hopefully today.

Just got back into town and went straight to the dealer to see if my replacement car was really there. It's really there! I will be able to pick it up as soon as Ford gets the paperwork to the dealer; it should be in the next couple of days!

How did it look visually if you had a chance to really look?

Overall, pretty good. The only thing I noticed was a slight misalignment of the deck lid. I will give it a really thorough inspection and test drive as soon as the paperwork comes in. I will then give the dealer a list of issues to be fixed before I sign anything. If he even looks like he is going to say "they are all like that" I'll tell him he can order me another one so we can see. The deck lid on my current one is perfect, so I will be able to show him what a correctly installed deck lid looks like!

And now that I know it's possible to get a car delivered in 27 days, that is what I'm going to insist on if he does have to reorder it for whatever reason. Unless I decide that I've had enough and ask for a refund instead. I really hope it is a good one, though....I love this car!!

It will be interesting to see what they do with my old car. I noticed a 2015 GT on another dealer's lot with 15,000 miles on it, and the window sticker said "AS-IS, NO WARRANTY". Normally the 3 year/36,000 warranty is good no matter how many times the car changes hands, so I wonder if this one was a lemon they are trying to sell to someone else at a hefty discount.

Wow ... I bet it was a buy-back car. Why else would they say as-is, no warranty.

I thought those cars (lemons) were auctioned off. Damn

*edit* On a side note: I went to the dealer today to select my replacement vehicle (again). I was looking around and noticed that the 2015 GT 50th edition that they have in the "showroom" was full of misalignments (worse than mine). The one in the driver side back bumper was so bad that it seemed like it was hit by something. I don't understand how people don't notice these things.
Lol...they notice them...they just don't care!

I am happy to report that I now have 26 trouble-free miles on my replacement Mustang. Not a single breakdown so far! [emoji13]

It took 4 1/2 months working with the BBB to get it replaced, but it was well worth the trouble. I highly recommend that route for anyone that is getting the run-around from their dealers.

I'm assuming it has already been taken to 70~80 MPH to check for vibrations? :D Looks good!

Grats. Love the new bigger wheels :)

*edit*

Ruby Red looks so good. Can't wait! xD
Thanks! I wasn't a big fan of the 051A wheels when I got my first one; the plan was to replace the base wheels with aftermarket. They grew on me over the last few months, so I decided to go for it!

Glad to hear you decided on Ruby Red! YOU WILL LOVE IT!!
