2008+ production cars amendment rules overrides the standard rules. IF you don't see it in the amendment, refer to the standard, which says nothing on pulling the rear seats other than what I mentioned.I'm more concerned with proper safety like DS loops, helmets, jackets, etc.. Just hate to spend the money getting teched at a event and then not be allowed to run over something stupid like no rear seats because some places will not refund the money.
" Cars are required to retain OEM airbag, ABS, and other manufacturer-equipped safety systems. "
IE: Leave the rear seat belts in.
