Are new injectors needed for e85? I have the same exhaust as you and a CAI...was thinking of doing the e85..

now thats loud. Cant wait for more vids.
Soon!

Got it thanks!
No problem!

Wow that's incredible power. What is redline now? Looks almost like 8400rpm.
If we can get 40-50whp with a 93 tune that'd be awesome too.
I have 94 locally, it's E10.
Redline is 8500 RPM could have been higher but no point when max hp is at 7000. Ford still limits redline based on temps too.

BTW, I hate you.
;)
If I wasn't in the process of buying a new house, this would be my set up. We have a fair network of E85 here in Vegas, and the car isn't my daily.
Damn you.
:D
I'd rather be buying a house than doing this, but it will come =)
I'm lucky, right next to work o have a station who's year round minimum is 85% most places around me drop to 70% in the winter.

Do you stand to gain any HP buy getting different (bigger?) injectors?
I upgraded to LU47 injectors. You are welcome to do whatever you find necessary but I posted in another thread why we went with different Injectors.

In short: the factory injectors may be enough but they are different rates at different times, so be safe and get LU47 to make sure you never have a fuel issue. At $250 I'd rather follow my tuners advice who knows way more than I do.

Power is great, I like that someone semi nearby me can tune the 350.

That thing is really loud though, maybe with hi flow cats it would be a little quieter.

Thanks! I try to offer them good deals on fords lol, doesn't usually work

No actually it has a much nicer tone too, just sounds choked up. Windows up, valves closed and it's barely noticeable over engine noises and anything else going on.

Yeah I don't mind volume so much as the rasp and tone at higher RPMs but I have considered all possibilities: cats, resonators, H pipe. I'll probably shoot for an H from Kooks.

Sick results bro!
Thanks man, next time I'm in your neighborhood or you're in mine let's take it for a spin! Still have to see yours!

Crazy set up Swedensky! Congrats

Newb question, just wondering how a tune, exhaust, and injectors can increase redline when internal components remain unchanged?

Thanks

You can remove the rev limiter with a tune and set redline as you like. Obviously this is a software limit that you have to set accordingly to your engine properties/limits.
That is why generally a tune void the factory warranty.
