I've recently been feeling very compelled to start pursuing some kind of noise ordinance with my local government, or pushing towards more enforcement if it already exists. It's at least once a day that I am very disturbed by loud vehicles like this on the road. I'm not trying to pick a fight, but I'm just curious what really is the point of having a car so loud? Is it really worth all of the people it might be disturbing? I consider it equivalent to second hand smoke, really. Why impose your personal preference on the public? Realistically, would the majority of people be opposed to or against legislation to reduce traffic noise? Such legislation does exist already, even at the federal level, so it's not unheard of. I'd be happy to hear any thoughts on the matter.
What a dick bag
