Sorry OP!!!!! This suck some serious ballz, but we all know the risks+ you never know, could have had an issue from factory. You could put it back to stock and go to ford. I'm sure at least they would throw in a short block. Hope it all works out for you.[/QUOTE

Ford would see the PCM was flashed, and I that raise and eyebrow voiding warranty.

First off, thank you guys for all of the shoutouts! We appreciate all of the love.

OP:
Definitely sorry for your loss. LIke everyone has said it is unlikely that such a reputable tuner would flat out fail your car. Usually, when there is a failure like you had there are a few varied issues. We are more than happy to help you out with building a new engine as well. Like posted earlier, if your goal is to lay down a safe 700-750whp for all of your days we recommend our Pro Series Coyote. The Pro Series is built to safely handle 1000hp! That gives you more than enough room for growth while maintaining safety. We obviously recommend billet OPGs as they are almost always the first thing to fail. We also include:

Powerstorm Coated Forged Pistons
Stainless Steel Ringset
Thick Wall Tool Steel Wristpin
Powerstorm 4340 Forged H-Beam Connecting Rod
Tri-Metal Performance Main Bearings
Tri-Metal Performance Coated Rod Bearings
Powerstorm Main Stud Kit

We try to tackle the various points of failure that the OEMs skip over to ensure that you guys (and gals) will have years of fun with your car!

Soooo many people say don't worry about OPG and timing gear at 700HP and below. Yet every time something comes up about internal engine issues, the first question is "Is it the stock OPG?". I am not saying everyone should overly concern themselves with upgrading the OPG and sprocket.. but I will say that I am personally very GLAD that I did for the added strength. I am by NO MEANS saying this was the issue here. I am just saying that is it comes up A LOT for a part that most folks feel you do not need.

I'm in the process of installing mmr opg/sprocket on mine. My procharger kit is still in the box. Just added insurance even though it's been a PITA so far. I hope you get everything worked out man!!!

It's at the top of my list for shortblocks. I'm beginning to pull the motor today so I can send it up for them to open it up and see if the stock stuff is reusable. So far I'm looking at just upgrading all of the internals, depending on the cost of that, if it's close to what a short block costs, I'm going to just grab a short block.

Sorry to hear about your troubles, Daniel. Hard to read this considering I'm in the process of installing the exact same set up you have. I know it's not common, but always in the back of your mind when you go FI.

What's the MSRP on a good 1000hp setup? Reading this reminds me that I need to set aside a rainy day fund for if/when I lose the block. Also, what are the major differences between Race Series and Pro Series?

Whichever way that you decide to go, we have your back. All that you have to do is keep me in the loop! If you ever make it down to any of the events in central FL you can hook up with Kelly from BMR. We are building his engine now. This way you can get a hands-on look at what to expect from your build.

pulled onto the highway today, all the sudden I have this loud knocking noise. I pulled the belt off and checked all of the pulleys. I have a feeling it's something internal, I don't even know what end to start with. Car has no power now...

The most notable difference is the fact the Race Series is built for 1200hp+ more race centric applications.

Differences

•Powerstorm Coated Custom Forged Pistons
•Thicker Wall Tool Steel Wristpin
•Powerstorm 4340 Forged I-Beam Connecting Rod
•Tri-Metal Performance Coated Rod Bearings
•Extra Machining to Handle Higher Power Levels

Got a good chunk removed in 2 hours today.

Questions for any of the experts out there-

Will the engine come out with Long tubes attached, or will I have to remove them prior to it coming out?

Can I pull the motor without dropping the transmission?

Do you or anyone have a link to the shortblock so I can check out the pricing. I've got all the info to go with a 2015 oem shortblock, id like to compare.

Also an update, engine will be ready to come out by tomorrow/next day
