I was asking incase there was larger chunks from something else that might be plugging any oil orifices that caused the starvation. Obviously there is shavings when bearings do that.
I gotcha

They have more options then Manley when I was shopping. Manley only have 10:1 and 11.5:1 and I wanted 11:1 also diamond also offer coatings for the piston dome and side skirts and they have different options on what rings you want and different wrist pins to choose from.

Did you find out why your car experienced oil starvation?

It should be done pretty soon. I've been bouncing around a little for the Army, so unless its done soon I probably won't be around when it's done. The machining is done and they started to reassemble it yesterday.

I didn't find out why. They said it could've been a few different issues, but said 'oil weight' more than likely wasn't the issue being that I was running the same oil (mobil 1 5w20) that a lot boosted coyote they've come across run.
