I am not sure you are supposed to feel anything on your back. I never felt anything on mine. The butt on the other hand gets cooled fine. I just tested it over the weekend, even the lowest setting is noticeable. But my dad who sit in a passenger seat did not feel anything. So I guess it also depends on the particular butt (or my passenger seat cooling does not work

Maybe it's just a crappy design but when I installed the Katzkins, you could see there were cooling fans in both the seat and the back. The only nuisance is the noise, you can clearly hear it even on the lowest setting.
Make life simple for yourself. Read all about them here. Also if this thread can teach us anything it’s sometime easier and possibly cheaper to just let the pros do the install.

Indeed, I have the same impression. The back cooling works but is much less noticable, and you don't keep it running for long enough to be chilly because your balls would be frozen by then. But as a whole it definitely cools the hot leather down fine.
They look great Mike, Congrats. Patience is a virtue and you have tons!!!Done. 6 days and $74 to finish the headrests, after waiting 7 weeks for the first guy to do nothing but lose one LOL. Reupholstery project complete.
