Just installed Eibach Pro Kit with HRE FF04 wheels. I thought i knew what i was doing but after install im not so sure. The wheels look amazing. The car is a 19 GT PP1. Drop was very minimal, 75" up front and .25" in the rear. Wheels are HRE FF04 staggered 10"/11". I paired them with MPS4S tires 275/35/20 and 295/35/20. 35mm offset up front and 55mm offset int the rear. I also installed Maximum Motorsports caster/camber plates then had it professionally aligned. Problem im having is a pretty decent amount of noises coming from the front and rear of the car. Popping sounds basically. Is this something that is normal and i shouldn't be too concerned with or is there a deeper underlying problem that has yet to rear its ugly face? Ive been doing some reading and some people have said that such a setup can cause issues with the drivetrain due to the rear end becoming misaligned which in turn causes the drive shaft problems after a few thousand miles. I honestly don't know much about suspension but it seemed easy enough but i think i might have overdid it. Anyones thoughts would be appreciated. The car looks amazing but im seriously considering putting it back to stock this weekend.

Did your alignment shop "clock the bushings". If you don't know what that is then they probably didn't and the forum search feature will tell you all you need to know about this crucial step.

Oh, and post pictures. We all love pictures. :like:

Loose strut and shock mounts bolts would be my guess for the popping noises. Also, new wide tires can make some odd pop noises too in tight turns at low speeds, like in a driveway or parking lot.

Either way, if the problems persist for sure take your car back to the install shop for a look.

I really appreciate the response. Is clocking the bushings the same as preloading the suspension and tightening the lower control arms?

Lol i will post the pictures soon. I tripped in the garage 2 nights ago, grabbed onto a bike and it fell into the driver side door and rear qauter panel leaving 2 crater dents. Super bummed about it.

I'd make sure you springs are clocked correctly in the rear. It can be difficult to see if they are lined up correctly in the LCA.

Thank you everyone for your responses. Based on these responses i took the rear wheels off and noticed the driver side rear spring was improperly clocked along with the isolator pad which resulted in it not sitting on the isolator pad correctly. When i fixed this the problem went away. Im very grateful to you guys! I now have a smooth quiet ride. I will upload some photos here when i get some photos worthy enough.
