Has anyone done the jba shorty headers or are there any reviews coming out? I'm thinking about doing them. Reason being I want to squeeze out more na power but I don't want it to get any louder. That's why I don't want to do long tubes and I'm keeping the cats on. And later on I'm going to get my intake manifold ported along with my throttle body if nobody comes out with a bigger throttle body. I'll also get a cai and tune, prolly jlt /lund. Just trying to get some more low end torque and get close to 500rwhp. There is only one e85 gas station near me and it's a little out of the way so unless some more pop up I'll be staying 93.

I've done jba sorties on my 08 GT and it gave it a little power. So I'm willing to try it.

I'm skeptical. The factory headers are already a pretty radical design for the space constraints. Pretty sure long tubes will be the only headers that will give real gains.

The only thing a 4.6L and Voodoo have in common is they are both V8's. A Lund tune will give a significant boost in low end torque. Even if e85 is not handy at least if you get the flex fuel tune you will have the option while still being able to run straight 93. Considering the effort and expense of installing headers, I think shorties would be the least bang for the buck of any mod you could do. Even on the 4.6 I remember dyno tests back then showing practically no gain.

I do all my car installs myself. So jlt , tune, ported intake manifold, ported tb unless they make a bigger throttle body and shorty headers. Should be interesting.

Sorry but I can't imagine these would be any better than the stock ones. The stock headers are designed very well for OEM headers.

I've seen shorty headers gain on the 15 GT which has the same manifold design so it could possibly add some power down low where it's needed. If there are any vendors here that want to test them I'll gladly let my car be their test mule. I'll try to do a before and after Dyno.

The GT350's exhaust manifolds are not the same as the Coyote and they shouldn't be as the firing order is so different.

The only think I could see short tube headers doing is changing the sound profile a bit and considering how weird the Voodoo is, I have no clue what that would do to the sound.
