Issues ordering from BMR?

Anybody ordered from BMR recently? Ordered some jacking rails a couple weeks back now and still no word on shipping. I’ve sent them an email last week and haven’t heard back. Is this normal for them?

No issues, I picked up the phone after they emailed me about an issue and it was easily solved. Maybe that should be your next step? I was very pleased with their service and have gotten all of my parts within 3-4 days of ordering.

They got back to me today. Looks like I’m looking at a July 8th shipping date…

I just bought new bmr springs from eBay. Seems like suppliers and vendors don’t have things in stock and I don’t feel like waiting a month.
