pp or go home

I am home. With my non PP car. I can't imagine ever hitting the limits of my car and then exclaiming, "Dang... Should have had the PP.". That said... If you have the money to spend... It is cool.

Just placed an order. PP. White. Base (cloth) interior.

I test drove an eco PP (Recaros) and a GT non-PP. I think the PP did make a noticeable difference in the feeling of braking and turning even under normal driving conditions. And my wife and I didn't find it too harsh over small bumps.

Now to figure out how to get snow tires on the thing...
You won't really have too much trouble. The EB PP will take 18" rims.

Auto or stick?
Stick. Although I was really impressed with the feel of the auto I tested.

Really good to know that. So I infer from your statement that a set of the 17" base EB wheels won't fit over the brakes, right?

I missed that you had a eco PP. You have a lot of options then for winter wheels. I would definitely go 18 inches.

This is my winter tire setup on my EB PP. Tire Rack house brand 18 by 8.5" wheels and Dunlap Winter Maxx tires in 225/55-18. The got me through the worst winter in Boston history with no drama.
