Is the build date on the window sticker?

I guess I never thought about it before but looking at a couple window stickers I had from previous vehicles, I don't see the build date on there? Am I missing it or is that not a thing?

Good question actually. I assume youre soeaking more along the lines of a car rolling off the line totally completed?

I'm gonna look. I found my engine build date was the same as my birthday and never looked for any other dates after

I don't think there is a date of the sticker. The closest you can get is the BLEND number at the top. Not exactly sure what that is but I think it's the date on which parts become available for the build. For example my car has a BLEND of 120210108 (January 8, 2021) but the build date is February 12, 2021. Typically the BLEND and build dates are a couple weeks apart.

Yes, it's called the blend number, mine was built 10/06/2016

I made a mistake in my first post. Blend date is January 8, build was Jan 11 with release on the 12th. Not February.

There used to be a Ford diagnostic data base that the public could access online. Can't remember the name of it. I think that has since gone away or is no longer accessible. I was able to log in and see when the car "woke up." The time and date when the computers started up for the first time was recorded in the data base. Kinda cool to see.

That might be the order date. Looking at my sticker the date at the very bottom is the newest issue of the window sticker (they are updated every few weeks) and in the special order box is the date the order was accepted. The blend date is to the right with who knows what other numbers at the end of it.

So after seeing the posts above, I went and found the window sticker for mine and the door jamb says 3/19 and on my window sticker it's down in the box under where it says the final MSRP. It's the six numbers on the right. In the example above, the build date is under "special order," 12 16 20 = 12/16/20

On my window sticker the blend date matches the build date exactly.

My car was indeed built on July 15, 2020.
I have no idea what the first digit means, though.
