Mine paired fine and works as Bluetooth phone/nav etc but 50% of the time music streaming through Bluetooth won't work...very frustrating as that is my primary music choice

For the BT audio, sometimes I have to start the stream through my phone, then to get the audio to come out I have to hit pause on the touchscreen and then hit play again. Hopefully that will solve your problems

I upgraded yesterday to the iPhone 6 not the plus, and it paired right up with no issues.

Renner, not to de-rail this thread, but what other boards are you on? I think I've seen you on a Jeep Form maybe or Audi?

I guess Ford is going to have to figure out how to get mine to pair.

Maybe it's an iPhone issue? I have a 6+ and mine works without issue.

Are your issues BT Audio or BT Phone, or both (e.g. just not even pairing at all)?

Naw, don't think so. Had the same phone with my '13 F-150 4X4...paired no problem. The phone recognizes & displays "Sync" but won't pair to it & can't get to set where you input the pin code.

Try deleting the other paired "Sync" entry in your phone bluetooth settings, then try pairing again.

im pretty sure you have to prompt the sync system using the menu keys to start a pairing process

Confirmed this works. A little annoying though as if my phone is in my bag I have to press pause and then play for music or GPS sound to come out of speakers
