FYI...If anyone ever breaks the stupid U-shaped locking clip found in the vacuum line connectors, the replacements are size 3/8". They can be found in a 6-pack kit, Dorman part# 800-023. Any auto store should carry them. Carry on...

I broke 2 of them last year when I installed my intake. I used zip ties in place of the clip...actually worked pretty good. I was checking on some stuff under the hood today I forgot all about those broken clips lol. So I went to O'Reilly's and found these replacements.

Broke one while doing my Steeda intake as well. Broke another while removing the driver side breather hose the other day.

i tried some at auto parts store and they seemed to fat. did you file or dremmel them down to size?

I used the black clips in that dorman kit. Didn't modify them at all. The white colored ones are for GM vehicles.

O'Reilly Auto Parts has the kit just for FORD.

Order Dorman #800-004. Its a package of 5 of the black 3/8" clips. Found locally for about $4.00 Most of the chains stock them. It's not worth the $2.00 for us stock them LOL.

I bought the 800-015 which didn't fit at first. I had to dremel the chamfered part a bit bigger to match OE dimensions, cut off the extended push tab and it snapped on nice and snug. I'll buy something different next time. Worked in a pinch but not exactly right.
