When I bought it. Didn’t really notice it when I picked it up because it was later in the evening. But mine wasn’t a CPO, so kind of SOL. Tried wiping it with glass cleaner but it doesn’t seem like it’s any type of residue on the outside. I just bought a ESP for out of warranty cars and I have an inspection on Wednesday so I was going to ask about it then.

Please try a clay bar or some car polish. You can apply the polish with a microfiber towel.

I have those spots on the dash in my Fusion. Mine happened right after a mechanic used a spray in an open spark plug well to check for ignition issues. I think somehow the spray got sucked into the dash as the engine was turning over.
