Instrument Panel and Radio stop working

For some reason my Instrument Panel and my Radio stop working, the car start up fine. I don't know how much gas, how fast, RPM none of that stuff works, all lights are off. I check all the fuse one be one, pull batt off and it still doesn't come on. The AC works. The only thing I have done is to cut the wires going to the AMP in the car.

Did you check the fuses in the power distribution box under the hood or only the ones under the dash?

Assume you disconnected the battery before cutting any wires?
