If you don't mind me asking: What exactly is wrong with the window to cause it to be a bit lopsided?
Inconsistent application of adhesive, according to some.

The only negativity I've received about my car is that the exhaust is too quiet.
I hear you, i fell the same about the OEM exhaust, it's even quieter than my 2011 GT was.
So even better getting the car i ordered some Roush mufflers.

My car was built in December 2014, and the panel alignment is perfect. I have plenty of other issues though...

^^^ 2015 GT "EgoBoost" ... LoL. :D

I looked at some new 2015s on the dealer lot last night and 1/2 of them had the rear window issue ... not bad, but you could see it if you looked. Also, the trunk lids on a couple were not aligned as good as they could be.

For Ford to make improvements, they need to find the root cause of the problems and incorporate it into new assembly process and/or tweak robot programming to make the robots do a better job. I heard that Ford planned on shortening their plant down time (not sure if it was the Mustang plant or another one), but if so that gives them less time to make tweaks that could help improve quality.

Mine was built in February and had a tilted trunk and poor hood alignment. Rear glass is close enough to good that I am not going to mess with it/

Mine was built in Feb as well but had no issues at all. Mine was part of the QC hold in early February so perhaps they fixed the issues during the three weeks the car was sitting around..

There has been over 100k 2015 Mustangs built. I think the problem is limited and more exposed on a forum such as this.

My car was built on 11/24/14 and is 100% spot on.
Mine built on that date too. The car is fine

From what i've seen on dealer lots so far, i think it has to do with the stamping process they're using on some of the body panels, especially the hood to front fender.
My 2011 GT was flawless to that regard. Just hoping my '16 will be the same.

I compared about 8 on a dealer lot today. All were perfect alignment-wise except for one base GT/PP which had awful hood alignment (hood lower than front fascia) and the rear window issue. They just got it the other day so it must have been a May build. Must have been a Monday/Friday car.
