Remote start models?

Hi Guys,
i have read on the Ford site as well as checked YouTube videos.
But could not locate "compatibility chart".
Does a car need to be a premium model to have "remote start" feature?
is it only for the GT/Eco or is it a custom request?

Reason i ask, while i wait for my 2016 EB i am watching every possible video and learning about the features
i am trying to locate if my car have remote start and how to initiate it....
i took every possible package offered by Ford...

Anyone know?

....and unfortunately this is valid ONLY for the US cars.
