Adel clamps around the roll bar tubes, then bolt to those. Should be sturdy enough and the rubber inserts in the clamps should keep it from slipping if they are the right size. Cheap and easy and it will work.
This,
It'll take 4 or 6, depending on amp size, the rubber will cut down on heavy shock, and easy to remove if a tech inspector questions it. It will stand the amp on it's end/side so it takes up less floor space.

I want to install my amp rack basically a pice of wood across my roll bar legs as you see in the picture. How can I secure it on the bars without drilling holes ? Of course I can't drill holes in the bar so please I am open to ideas.

Thanks

Just a thought.
4- 1.75 stainless steel butt joint clamps.

a rubber sleeve to keep them from sliding/rattling
3/8 board between bars (remove center of clamps)
Flatten ends of clamps and add carriage bolts .
