As it happens, I just had the renewal come through for mustang-gtcs.info - I almost didn't bother. Looks like I'll be giving it a new lease of life with the S550 ;)

I'm in the throes of trying to get one. Torn between the pony and the GT. Not a fan of the faux gas cap.

I have a blank deck lid on the way but need to decide whats going on it if anything. I like the tribar pony but that would be putting chrome back on when I'm trying to remove as much of it as possible. Black GTs S550 style are in short supply (tho Big Worm has some at a price). Might just be a satin black pony then.

Along the lines of this thread, I bought my S550 specifically as an alternative to a kit car (Factory Five), because I do not at this time have the time or energy to build a complete car from the ground up. Instead, I got a car that comes fully assembled, but you get to replace chunks of it here and there, as you see fit!

My new gear knob gets fitted tomorrow (very prompt delivery, by the way Gibbo, thanks), & the LED bulbs are going in next week. Might swap the deck lid, & then I need to save up for an oil change . Very superficial mods so far, but at least I won't get thrown out of the forum for no mods .

What oil you going with? I am changing mine at 1200 miles, to something like Mobil 1 5W-30.

Not sure yet, I'm not doing too many miles in this weather & with all the salt on the road, so I'm still mulling over the options. I should get past 1k this weekend, so I guess I need to decide soon enough!

Don't have my car yet (it isn't even built) and I already have bits at home waiting for it. Decklid with US GT arrived in December and full front and rear anchor room tint kit arrived yesterday.

I also spend time nearly everyday looking at other options and if I could have got a Corsa exhaust at the prices Gibbo paid last year during Black Friday I would be ordering that next month! Having said that I am still tempted with a Borla ATAK. I wanted Corsa Extremes but they will just be far too loud for where I live.

I don't think any 2 cars are going to be the same.

I hope the ford options will be updated soon to show if we can get exhausts thru dealerships here
