Help please door will not open

Hi not used the car for a week and the battery as gone flat tryd to use the key with the remote and the door will not open any help

Have you completely removed the little plastic cover from the drivers door handle?

Retrieve your emergency key either the single supplied with the car or carefully break open a key fob and there is a key inside.

The trailing end of the drivers door handle is a little plastic cover.

Push in the emergency key from underneath or use a screwdriver to release and slide off the plastic cover.

Now a conventional key hole will be revealed. Insert emergency key and turn.
