Nevermind the fact giving an almost 500hp car to a newbie driver. Not to impune the OP, but my kids are 17 and 21 they are driving Ford Focus SE manuals.

But here in Cali We have beautiful beaches with drugged out homeless hippies and overpriced tamales at home depot. Priceless. Could only imagine a 17 year old paying the Registration on a new Mustang in cali on his own dime. Is his family wanting to adopt?
