An exemption? How is "MAY NOT" an exemption? Looks like it is explicitly illegal to me.

Anyone else have a problem with the TT rules not being properly published like all other SCCA rules. Just that stupid, poorly organized web page. What next, we have to watch a YouTube video that vaguely describes the rules?
I guess this is one of the 'I saw what I wanted to see' things. Oh well.

I have had the same feeling at times with the state of the development of the rules, which appears to be intentionally low-key like the program's spirit has been to date. I had an issue this year at TT Nats where there was a dispute regarding what constituted being out of bounds where there was no white line but there was curbing. The 700 page SCCA road racing rules has an answer, but they do not technically apply to TT. As the program grows, perhaps the powers-that-be will find it necessary, or a good idea, to develop more comprehensive rules.
