I meant a 315/30x19 has a diameter of 26.44" while a 325x30x19 has a diameter of 26.68 not enough to effect anything.

No .240 of a inch will not cause a clearance problem.

You appear to be missing the front wheel well moulding.

Reverse park at every opportunity, the biggest risk is clipping a gutter when forward parking.
