The material is stretched. You can either have the seats recovered (Katzkin or similar) or attempt to convince the material to return some of it's shape with a steam gun

I will go ahead and try to and see if a heat gun does the trick first.

Use a steam gun. It isn't leather. A heat gun could very easily melt it
Actually the seating surface the OP is showing is genuine leather seating surfaces. (Premium interior), while the bolsters/sides are PU faux leather. So @SheepDog's recommendation is good. Steam is a great way for the heat to penetrate. Using a steamer will help shrink the genuine leather back to its original state.

BTW...I learned the hard way that applying excessive leather conditioner can create issues using a steam gun. The conditioners overtime filled the pores and the leather didn't draw back as intended. The OP's leather doesn't appear to have excessive conditioner applied, the steamer should work great. Be patient. I have a high heat steamer and it definitely has the capacity to emit more steam than needed.

Steamers can easily fuck shit up too. Be careful.

Take the cover off the seat. Steam the foam underneath then steam the under side of the leather. Let sit overnight apart and that should give time for it all to shrink to factory size. Foam should also rise to original and will stretch the cover like new.

If you steam it or even just use a heat gun the sagging will come back in a few days or maybe weeks once you start sitting on it again.
Some advice I was given once heated what ever form you use apply a lot of leather balm, while hot it will soak it up much better and make the leather more supple.

There is a product that can I highly recommend, I have put it on a wrinkled seat and left it for 24 hours. The seat had lost 90% of its wrinkles without blasting it with heat, you just need to buff the seat.

The problem I have found with any method the wrinkles do come back after a period of time, I wonder how often you could heat the seat with a heat gun before you start to damage it ?
