Looking at purchasing these 401a seats out of a 2019 and installing them into my 2020, will I run into any problems installing these into my car?

Look for the LMR install videos on Youtube. Just be sure not to rush and you will be fine.

Did you hit the seat compilation thread yet?

I had put it together a bit ago with hopes of capturing a lot of the "seat tech" on this site; there may be a thread with the answers you're seeking in here:
