How to maintain rotors?

I have 7500 miles on my '15 Mustang and I see what it seems to be rust built up along the edges of the rotors. Is there anyway to maintain my rotors? WHat products do you guys use ? THanks.

Rust there is normal. Don't worry about it.

Road Salt destroys rotors, you're fine until it starts looking puffy, surface rust is normal assuming it is not on the pad surface.

These are cast iron hence the surface rust on spots.

If you have cast iron cookware, you will know what I am talking about.
