How To Change Steering Mode?

Just picked up my car today and I have 1000 questions. But I'll start with 1.

How do I change the Steering Mode? I know the toggle switch changes Driving Mode but what about steering.

Is there a way to calibrate the outside temp sensor? Mine seems totally Wacked.

Steering mode is the toggle next to the mode toggle.

If you just got the car, this might be a good time to read your owner's manual. I keep a downloaded copy on my phone for quick reference.

Outside temp is always off when you first start up, it renders the thing near useless. Since the temp sensor is right in front of the radiator it takes a set amount of time driving above a defined speed before it puts the actual value on the screen. Otherwise it would be off from heat soak. Will even do it on the first startup when cold sitting overnight sometimes.
