I can barely get my car to break the tires lose..Damn auto even from a stop

Line locked it with 9 miles on the car in the parking lot. Drove it like I stole it the next 70 miles, put it on the dyno at 110 miles...

Racers all know it, best ring set in is the first few miles, run that engine hard.

Different question, but what should the cylinder head temp read before opening it up? I usually wait until it reaches about 180 degrees before exceeding 3,500 RPM.

Still haven't yet, at 900 miles, will do a few before the first oil change at 1000

Mine was around I'd say 180-190 when I get on mine

My cylinder head temp is usually 205 or so, if it gets to 220's I lay off and drive normal. I have never seen my cylinder head temp under 200, but then again, its Florida. Ambient temps are in the 80's and my inlet in the high 90's if not 100's

i haven't been wot yet and I got 900 miles. I haven't had a reason to or opportunity/place to do it...this car passes the speed limit WAY to easy with 1/4 or 1/2 throttle!
