Thanks. Gotta order one then. As for your problem. Looks like chemicals from soap. And the wetness definitely from washing it. My 17 gets the same wetness, but only from washing, never from rain. You could either rinse those stains clean, or just take off the hood insulation altogether, or try not to get a direct spray of water into the vents. Cheers.
