Hood flutter over 120mph

The hood on a 350 doesn't flutter more than a 1/4 or so. Is it possible you didn't see it because of how dark it was? Reason I ask is mine did it at around 140 at Pocono raceway. Very distracting. I wonder what could cause the difference.

Don't think it was from being dark. Car lives on the autobahn day and night, and I've never seen it...knock on wood. Thought it was because of the way the GT350 heat extractor is made, but guess not. If it starts at 140 that could be why I haven't caught it. I get above 140 from time to time but generally stay in the 110-130 range on normal drives (180-200kph). Either way, looks like a couple folks crafted solutions.
