I lined them up intially, then after a few hundred miles had to give it another few turns. I am slightly past it a little now. Will check when i get home.
Yeah that is where my confusion is with this pic I took. Obviously you can see the reference point on the right. The marks on the left are my question. I see 3 on top and 1 at the bottom. Which line is it suppose to be originally lined up with? The one that is slightly above the reference mark now?

I had some issues getting my Stg 2 belt just the right tension, as I was following PC's instructions and just lining up the first two marks and locking it down. After throwing/shredding the inside ribs off of two belts, I adjusted the belt based on feel w/ the 90' twist method and I have had 0 problems since.

FYI- My belt tensioner adjuster is now set with the bottom mark almost exactly between the first and second top marks. It it was set anywhere less it would slip under boost. Night and day difference when WOT.

Well the thing about setting the belt to a certain tension, can lead to.problems, especially if u.dont have the right size belt. The tensioner has to have enough room to move, meaning not almost bottomed out.Thats why when u tightening the belt if u notice the marks dont even start moving until their is tension on the belt.So if you are using the right size belt for what pulley u are running,u just line up to the first mark and this gives your tensioner plenty enough travel.

All of the above is my thought.
A bit confusing to me on where the tensioner should be at. Here is a pic of where mine is currently at. Where should it be?

sorry for the delay. that is not tight enough. tighten it until it is between the next two marks. i have NEVER had a belt slip issue and i have a 3.7 pulley if i remember right. (14 psi)

Yes so i looked at your pic and u want to be just a little past the mark that u are almost aligned with. With the way the stage 2 system wraps it does not have to be super tight.
