What's offsets are you running? Also can you take some shots of the fitment from the front/rear so I can see the clearance?

30/55. I can take some pictures when I've finished. Got too hot to continue yesterday so I went for a swim instead... Fingers crossed, I'll have everything installed by tonight...

Brotha looks like the drop is so low that without putting a bit of a smaller tire the only other solution for you since its 20s is to raise it up just a bit.

I had the same issue with my personal ride now imaging 20x10.5 all around low 20 offsets I had to roll, pull, camber and run some stretch to make it work and im at the same drop as you pretty much with wheel tuck.

I was gonna say he could pull negative camber to get em tucked in. That's about the only way it'll work now.

yep... had to bring it back up to where the inner tube of the strut is actually recessed into the lower attach bracket about 1/8. Trying to stay as low as possible for now so that involved a whole lot of jacking, taking the wheel off, adjusting, putting the wheel back on, lowering the jack, checking clearance. At this point i'm not that much lower than I was on sportlines. :frusty:

don't get me wrong. looks better imo and I cant wait to see what the ride feels like, but my lack of foresight got me to a standstill. my wife is going to kill me when I mention i'm thinking about 19's in the front now... damnit.

do you mind sharing what specs on the coils you had when you were tucked?
i also have 20s and was planning on going 275/305 but i don't know anymore.. haha. i don't want to have to buy 19" rims

Were you maxed out in the front or did you have threads left? I'm planning on maxing them out on 19s

actually i just did some quick calculations and if i'm right if you have 265/35 you have a 27.3 diameter wheel/tire. If you size up to a 275/30, you have a diameter of 26.5 so you get about a 0.8" clearance to lower more. i'm assuming the way you had it you were running 0 camber so you were having turning rubbing issues?

Well this is quite interesting.

Do these Coilovers provide the same clearance addition horizontally to accommodate an 11" rim with 305s that the Cortex Racing Coilovers do?

when I took that first picture I still had about 3/4-1 inch of threads left. My advice if you are trying to go low low is get 18's. My guess is that if you max out on 19's, even with stretched tires, you're going to need custom fender work done.

i wasn't having a problem with the overall height of the car. it has plenty of room left before I scrape. if your numbers are right though it should give him 0.4" in aditional clearance between the top of the tire and the outside of the fender when he is turning.

the pictures below is how low I'm willing to go for now. This is with the inner tube turned 3 full rotations up from being flush with the lower mount.
