just trying to approximate how much louder long tube headers with high flow cats will make my car. I have H-Pipe into roush axle back currently. Any input?
I had the same setup you’re shooting for except I have an X instead of an H pipe. I also have the Steeda axle back which looks/sounds similar to the Roush axle back. I blew my cats out at the track recently and I now have Vibrant race mufflers in place of the cats. Here is what it sounded like with and without cats.

I personally love the sound of headers w no cats and full cat back. Stock exhaust sounds like a tin can and cats smell like a fart lol. Open exhaust equals more power and smiles per gallon. Just my opinion though.

I have American Racing catted long tube headers, and a Corsa Extreme with a double helix x-pipe and it's the loudest car street I've ever heard short of open headers on some old big blocks. Adding the Long tubes caused a significant increase in volume. What he said

Loud AF. You will regret getting rid of the resonator and Stock cat back
I have catted long tubes with stock cat back active exhaust n it’s extremely loud when you step on it

I had a roush axle back with an x-pipe and when I added hi flow catted longtube headers it was not only insanely loud but it was easily the worst sounding exhaust I've ever heard and everyone I showed it to agreed. I swapped the exhaust with a corsa extreme with the double x pipe and kept the catted longtubes and it's not only significantly quieter, but now it sounds incredible.

Hey this is Junior from Need4speedmotorsports, going from the stock cats to a free flowing exhaust is going to make the car much louder. Since you have the roush axlebacks its going to be pretty loud they are similar to corsa extreme. I have corsa extremes with long tubes and its super loud but I personally love it.

Yessir! Make it howl like the baddest coyote there is in the wild. There has to be at east one out in the wild with some bass in it’s voice, lol.
