Your issue is going to be 100% mechanical which is why there are no codes on the dash. It has nothing to do with any of the wiring or sensors because the only thing that would stop the car from moving when put into gear is the clutch or the transmission itself. Hopefully it's just the clutch...

With gen 1 and 2 coyotes, people just use a hellcat throttle body with a harness adapter sold by vmp. For gen 3 you can just use a gt500 throttle body

Yea they’re definitely one of the loudest exhausts out there once you add headers and it’s not even a good sound. I was pretty shocked after my first startup when I installed longtubes.
