Possibly. It would run very similar to the GT350’s since they have a similar style vent
The 350 isn’t split though

Looks like you’d have to cut it around the vents then shape it to the split. A good vinyl shop should be able to do it. I’m trying to visualize how it would look like that but I’m not really sure. If someone is good with photoshop…

Or, since you have to have the hood painted anyway, have the shop do a painted stripe.

I forgot about the split, I had the Shelby GT (non-Hertz) hood in my head. That would allow for a cut more like the GT350

Cool aggressive hood. I bet the stalker would look mean with the stripe

Those hoods from the 20-22 Shelby are heavy as all get out. I checked out a 2021 Super Snake and was shocked as to how heavy the hood actually was. Just moving the hood to near the halfway position, and it came crashing down. Heck, even the hood release would not pop it all the way up; I had to grab between to lift it.

I revisited this updated hood vs the 18 GT-H one, same with the Super Snake one, they no longer make them Fiberglass, the 18 GT-H hood is still fiberglass, but the Super Snake and the Hertz one are now steel. I think it is a much better improvement of using steel instead, cause some had lots of trouble trying to prep the fiberglass hoods when receiving and installing them, some came cracked often. wonder if steel will weigh more than the previous fiberglass one which was heavier than stock already. 18-21 Super snakes had Fiberglass. I think the 22+ now use the steel version.

One concern is none come with a rain tray, so not sure they are good for a daily driver especially the Super Snake one, if leaving out in the rain in a lot, the water will run down from the rear vents onto the top of the engine, I am sure Hertz version may be more forgiving since they are on the rentals with the flat vents a bit more forward and still probably use the factory airbox which is covered, maybe not a good idea on daily driver CAI set ups, but Super Snake vents are vertical and may still help keep standing water out a bit?

Just found where water through the vents may end up on the Hertz Hood? Just pools and collects on radiator cover forward of the air box. If I am correct then the venting seems too far forward for engine heat extraction vs Stock? my FP CAI seals right under one of the factory Heat Extraction vents.

Super snake would definitely be better for cooling the supercharger. Gt500 or stalker hood would also be great

I love this hood and shopped it for a while. The weight of the hood has kept me from purchasing.

at least no need for hood pins but I guess its mostly just for show anyway, but nice Shelby moved to a stronger material that should have less issues (steel vs fiberglass)

Too bad they do not sell that 18+ Shelby 1000 Deep Draw hood, but very few photos/videos of how it really looks, it looks almost like the front section might have no vents, but possibly some vents in rear, but have yet to see a back angle of the 1000 hood, even it is a 5.2L supercharged package.
