It's been a few years, but Autozone did, Advanced did, O'reilly did. It used to be my way of figuring out what was wrong with my vehicle. But again, this was 12 plus years ago when I was broke LOL...I don't blame them if they stopped.I can't think off hand of anyone that takes returns on opened electronic parts. Sometimes they can be returned if still in original sealed packaging but often if you buy it, it's yours.
Yeah, I get it. Now I just have to get the airbag light to turn off with the new clock spring.That's probably why they stopped. I know I'd be upset if I bought a spendy new part only to find out it's a used part. Especially with some of the delicate electronics today. As an example, if you don't know what you're doing, or you're not careful, it's not that difficult to damage a clock spring.
Not that you have, just saying that can be one of the more delicate ones.
