Help ID a part

[65 Cobra]

I picked my car up today and in the rear seat as a part with the Ford PN JR3B-16B990-AA.

I am trying to figure out where it goes.

Some sort of a seal or weatherstripping according to

I get no hits when I enter a VIN. Looks like 16B990 is part of a lot of weatherstripping parts for various models. Not seeing a hit for the whole number.

That stamping number crosses to part number JR3Z 16B990 A, which isn't in my EPC yet.

Look at the fender to windshield area.

I think its the seal above the 18's headlights, mounts under the hood, above each headlight....
