Hello all, I’m new to the forums as well as forced induction and would like insight!
As the title says, I have 2022 manual GT PP1 with under 19,000 miles that I daily. I’m planning on adding a little more pep in its step by adding an ESS blower. My intentions are to get a Lund tune with the G2 blower, G3 intercooler, gt500 injectors, dw415 fuel pump, and the 125mm pulley (7psi) to keep it on the safer side. Especially for the manual transmission.
I’ve heard a lot of mixed reviews doing the crank sprocket and oil pump gears, and am wondering if I will have to/should? Also are there other things I could do to prevent failures besides the CS and OPG? Is there an Mt82 bulletproofing kit? I’m planning on staying under 700hp, and I naturally stay under 6,500 rpm when ripping it. By all means I don’t mind doing the work/I have the resources to do these jobs. But is it overkill? What things should I worry about/beef up?
