Help removing A-pillar on Vert

Anyone help with changing Tweeters on Convertible. I know the A-pillar pulls out but it looks like the sun visor needs to come out first before pulling out A-pillar. trying to figure out how the sun visor comes off , looks like there is a plastic plate that covers the screws but the plate wasn't popping off too easy. just wanted to see the easiest way before i do any damage. Thanks.

okay figured it out, the small part of the cover pops off exposing a dash type clip that holds the sun visor in. You need to remove this clip which will then allow you to tilt the sun visor out. The clip can be tricky because it has inner prongs that need to be compressed as well but accomplished using small jeweler type screwdrivers on both sides of the clip. Once I figured it out the other side came off pretty easy. once the sun visors were off then the A-pillar pulled off.

Exterior trim is what I need, not the internal.

Exterior trim is what I need, not the internal.

You need to remove the internal trim to gain access to the hardware for the external.
