Hi, new guy looking for help reading my log. I have read all VVT threads, and seen a few log`s, but would like someone more tech then me to see also.
Reason for logging was because of weird cold start, almost ike a small misfire/stumble before the usual warm up rpm then drop slowly to idle. A couple of times it stalled when reached warm up idle, sometimes it would have irratic idle a few seconds with noticeable change in exhaust sound then get back to normal....and occasionally stall. No codes.
Cleaned out airfilter and MAF. last cold start was better, and it did not stall...but had a few times hunting rpm.
Bought the car from a dealer, and found a service paper on cam/vvt codes, change of coil cover gaskets and cleaning VVT solenoids connector. Testdrive ok,no codes. Then i shipped the car to Norway, it was sitting 5 weeks in a container. Arrived here in cold weather 25F ( -4-5 Celcius )
I drove the car for around 5 hours before it stalled on me at a red light, started right up and continued my ride home, another 4 hours. It surged and stalled a couple of times after that. Its now in temperature controlled garage and dry and warm.

Well that is the back story, so i logged just to see, will try to attach.

Depending on the tune you should either see a commanded +20 to +30 degrees on the intake cams and 0 on exhaust. If it's deviating far from those commanded values it may be phaser related but if it's not, then it's a different issue.
On cold starts, again, depending on the tune, it should be the previous values or more normally the cams should be in the "parked" position. 0 intake 0 exhaust for a couple minutes then change to the previous idle values.
Check your spark plugs and see what they look like.
