Ok so yesterday I had new mufflers installed, i went with thrush based on price and sound, I have my resonator deleted and a y pipe instead with an mRT downpipe, up until the install of the mufflers I had no issues, now it seems like I'm loosing power somehow, especially during WOT. There are no leaks and I do have a tune on the car. Any suggestions? Can my tuner make adjustments? How can mufflers be causing power issues? Please any help! 2015 pp 6mt

You might need to get your tune adjusted because of the downpipe

It's an illusion of sorts. You may have shifted the curve to the right but it can be replenished, for lack of a better term, with a solid tune.

Sometimes the loud exhaust distraction can make it feel like the car is doing less for the sound output. Best way to test anything is through quantifiable data, however. You need some 1/8th or 1/4 mile trap speeds before/after.

Ya man, have you used the track apps on your car to see the differences?

Im sure you did some pulls on one of those apps before you installed these bolt ons.
Just go into your records on your Track apps an compare your times.

Thank you all for the responses, it seems to be a tuning issue like you had suggested, the curve feels like it moved, I have a Fmic coming today after I install that, I'll contact unleashed and send data logs. I'll update after I do that. Thanks again.,
