I just installed 2m catless headers and everything went smooth and easy until I needed to plug in the O2 sensors and hook up to my AWE catback. The passenger side front 02 was a really tight fit with little to no clearance on the top side of the sensor where the wires come out. They look ok though and I have two 90° extensions coming from big daddy's. Problem number 2 is it did not quite hook up properly to the catback and I had to get an exhaust shop put a small piece of straight pipe to connect the two. They didn't have anything but the cheap U style clamps which I don't like for the extra joint. Started up great sounds fantastic and runs good, idles good. Its an 18 with an eddelbrock stage 1 and it is Lund tuned. Dakota said I may or may not need a tune adjustment, to do a log after install and send it to him to look at it. After driving it a shirt while I noticed the engine light on and figured it wasn't a big deal but them I checked the codes and there areba ton of them. P0010, p0013, p0020, p00135, p00155, p00443, p0446. The AFR seems locked at 14.0. I am afraid to do the log for Lund will all those codes. Anyone with this experience?

No way I would be running hard enough to log without getting those O2 sensors working

They are in but I don't like how the wires are up against the body on the front passenger side. It is also possible the back two got switched, would it make a difference?

If the sensors aren’t reading it defaults to 14 afr. You can get more length for the sensors by disconnecting part of the harness further up.

I ended up putting my primaries in the rear 02 sensor holes so I could get a good read, if you put them in front holes you can pinch off the wires once the engine rocks, which is what it sounds like it did on your car.

I plan on getting 2 new bungs put in that aren't angled.

This is what I would do. Should be pretty easy for a shop to weld in new o2 bungs

I had to trim a little bit of the insulation above the passenger side front o2 on my 2Ms. They changed the jig to add a few more degrees of clearance on new orders after ours. After I cut and massaged the heatshield it cleared enough to make me feel comfortable with it. I too didn't like the clamps so I bought replacement wide clamps. I've still got a little leak towards the rearmost joint so I plan on taking it to my muffler shop and getting it welded. Overall no check engine light running my 93 Lund tune and I've driven it about 700 miles now. 2M is a good value and I had no problem with support when I contacted them on FB about the o2 issue.

On my tune they had the rear o2s already turned off to eliminate the MIL for catless. I plan on getting a revision after I get my 18 manifold on.

I got the new passenger side O2 in and I lowered the engine a quarter inch to make clearance. The AFR is still locked at 14 and there are still codes, though not as many. Is there a way to tell which sensor exactly is giving the problem. The driver side sensor looks fine and there is not a clearance problem in that side. Could one of the extensions be faulty?

Yes an extension could be bad. Have you tried to get more length for the front o2 by disconnecting the harness from the trans? What are the codes now.?

The driver side plug is way up by the head. I'll see what I can do for more length. I'll also try to get the driver side apa bit longer and use that extension on the passenger side.

Well p0135, p0155 are the only o2 codes. Dunno why cam & evap codes are coming up. Did you do a KAM reset?

I did not. Only thing that was changed was long tube catless headers.
