Haha. Went to retorque everything (100 in-lbs + 30* turn which is roughly 125 in-lbs) after a few hundred miles of driving, All went click, and the last to check one spun like it was loose. Then snap. I was like fuck haha. I'm amazed that 4 hours after my initial post, not one comment, or gave some piece of advice, except yours buddy haha.

Hit it with some heat with a propane torch. But not on the broken bolt, on the aluminum around the bolt then blast it with wd40. Then with a small flat blade screwdriver you should be able to unscrew it easily.
I broke mine last week. Soaked the broken stud in pb blaster and used different size screw drivers and slowly came out with patience.
I know how to get the bolt out of the head lol but how did you “pop” out the spacer and fasteners from the intake itself?
