No offense - but the Ford Vehicle Health Report has been in select Ford vehicles since 2010 - AND yes, it IS available for our 2016 vehicles with SYNC 3 (and many users on this site have been able to get it from the 2015 S550's).Vehicle Health Report is not an available feature with Sync 3. I asked months ago in the Infotainment section about Sync 3 and Vehicle Health Reports and someone on the Ford technical team said it's not available.

And you yourself were able to get your own GT to generate a Health Report back in March 2015 based on your update that you had to remove your Progressive Insurance OBD dongle from the port in order for the HR to work...

As I and others have stated already, the vehicle owner has to:
1) Establish and register an account on www.owner.ford.com
2) Enter vehicle VIN # AND set up your phone on your owner.ford account
3) **** Download the Ford Owner App onto your phone ****
4) Activate or open the FO App on your phone
5) FOLLOW EXACT INSTRUCTIONS ON PHONE
BLAM! Instant Health Report
Also make sure you have the most current software version of SYNC, before trying to get a Health Report.
