I have been trying to run a vehicle health report on my EcoBoost Premium PP and every time I get the same damn message that the car has too few miles on it and must have at least 200 miles on the odometer to run a health report. For the record I have 600 miles on it and still get the same damn message. I already set up my Ford Owner account and I follow the directions on the site and still can't run the report. I even stopped by a dealership and asked the service department about the issue but the lazy assistant manager didn't have an answer and didn't care to look into it. Seriously, Ford dealerships need training in customer service because they all have terrible customer service.

Anyone else experience similar issue with Vehicle health report?

Wrong. They all don't, not even close.

So far every one I have been to has very poor customer service skills when a customer has an issue.

That really does stink :(. Hopefully you will find a good one.

I am going to try and do the vehicle health report in a bit and will report back my findings. I have 2400 miles on my car.

If you read in the owners manual, you'll note there is an activation step you have to take before you can run them.

I've read the owners manual and according to Ford Owner account I am good to go. I will take a picture of the low mileage message. If I wasn't registered I would get a voice message that it can't connect or something to that affect.

Just checked and my report submitted with no issues. The brake issue is that my parking brake was engaged.

I assume you have more than 200 miles on the car, correct?

596 miles to be exact. It's so frustrating, how is it that Sync can't see the mileage?

I haven't had any problem with running it on my Mustang. Now my 2015 F350 is a different story. I found out that if my tuner is plugged in, it will not collect and send the health report. I don't leave the tuner plug in on the Mustang either.

Hmmm, I don't have a tune but I have the stupid Progressive snapshot device plugged in. I will remove it and see if that works.

I have had three cars now with Sync and there is zero useful information in the Health Report. Ford uses it to keep track of your mileage so they can send you reminders for service.

I removed the snapshot device and it still doesn't work.

Edit: I removed the snapshot device before starting my car, drove around and ran a vehicle health report and it worked! Just updating in case anyone else has the same issue.
