Uh nope 😳😳. Took my guy 6 hours on lift. He does at least 1 set a week though.

I had a young guy, my friends son, talk me into it. He said "It's not THAT hard. We can do it at MY house." His dad has a pro-street Lumina, a 66 convertible Falcon with a 347 stroker and is a very good wrench. I figured 2 days, tops. I asked him to watch a couple of the youtube videos, especially the passenger side part, before we got started. I KNEW it was going to be bad, but at the time, I wanted headers. It was a nightmare. The biggest issue was at the end, once we got the headers and middies attached and all buttoned up, my custom side pipes didn't match up to the Corsa middies. I ended up taking it to a custom exhaust shop and having them mate it all up.

I’ve done headers on every car I’ve ever owned, but won’t be on this car. They’re probably the most expensive way to gain 15-20hp on this platform. You’d be better off investing in weight reduction for the gain/$ spent

The stainless works have multiple options for mid pipes. You can get the factory connect option which necks down to fit into the factory cat back, or a straight thru 3 inch performance connect. I have the Borla 60661 resonator which is the same connection as factory so I went with a factory connect mid pipe. I would suggest calling the vendor live and discussing what exhaust you have to make sure it pairs up properly. But yes, direct fit, clamp in for me.

And as mentioned above, with a Roush cat back, it will be LOUD, like REALLY LOUD. I have the Borla S type and mine was unbearable, hence me adding the resonator.
With the round mufflers correct? If so, it’s gonna scream when paired with LTHs.

is the roush cat back that one a 3 inch?

Mine (Steeda cat back) is 2 1/2”. Here’s a sound clip of mine with catted LTHs, Steeda x-pipe and factory active exhaust before I switched to the Steeda cat back. It was loud then and now it’s even LOUDER!

I'm holding off on LTHs until I pull the heads for porting. While the heads are out, I'll get the headers in place.

I'm looking around at headers now. I'm down to Kooks catted, then buy the offroad connection pipes when I add an ESS G3 kit next year, or just buy the catless set and hope there's no visual inspection when I have to do emissions.

I've also looked at the LTH brand. Just not sure which one I want. I'm kind of leaning towards Kooks, just need to figure out if either one will connect to my Corsa Extremes without any modifications. Looks like they both should, just need to verify.
