The stainless works cats that came with my SP headers were 300 cell. Cant pass emissions with them. Went to Gesi450 for the header install and compliance. Hopefully it helps. I cant even pass emissions with the oem ones after the ESS and multiple tune revisions. At this point Im ready to just go back to stock. Been a GD nightmare to try to get emissions compliant.

Don't y'all have a guy for emissions purposes? I'm almost adamant that at least a couple of installers would be able to point you in the right direction.

In Massachusetts, are they putting your car on the dyno and testing tail pipe emissions, or are you just not able to get all of the readiness monitors set?

Its not emissions I'm failing. Its the readiness monitors wont comply. My OEM cats are probs gone. Hence why it wont go green.

I know I've said this in this thread before, but I have no trouble getting my readiness monitors to set with the Gesi 300 cell cats and E85. Provided your cats are intact, this is 100% tune related.

Car goes for the headers and cats and some other stuff soon. It’s parked until it goes in. I’ll update once it’s done and have a better idea of what’s going on with the cats. It’s always the things that should be the easiest that cause the most grief lol
